Two Philippine seamen who recently suffered severe burns in an explosion on their ship may soon return home after doctors of the Bay Hospital used the innovative skin graft Meek technique of Humeca. Surgeon Dr. Craig Lacey from the Bay Hospital: ‘This technique is very exciting and if it works as well as we expect, we will certainly use it again going forward’.
